Collection from the shop

You can collect your order from MOOC London at Kira Mulawa Mall, Kira, Uganda. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. There is no charge for collection from the shop.

Delivery within Uganda

Delivery is available to selected areas in and around Kampala. When you send a product request, include your town or area so the shop can confirm whether delivery is available, the delivery charge, and the expected timing for your location. Delivery charges are quoted in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and depend on the destination and size of the order.

How delivery works

Once your product request is confirmed and payment is agreed with the shop, we will arrange delivery through a trusted local courier or delivery partner. You will receive delivery details and tracking information where available. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.

Delivery timing

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier used. The shop will give you an estimated delivery time when confirming your order. Delivery within the Kampala area is typically arranged within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to other areas of Uganda may take longer and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside Uganda. Our products are sourced from the UK and made available for collection or delivery within Uganda only.
