Terms & ordering.

About MOOC London

MOOC London is an independent retailer based at Kira Mulawa Mall, Kira, Uganda. We source UK vitamins, supplements, Kendamil baby milk, baby care and everyday essentials, and make them available to customers in Uganda. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands we feature.

How ordering works

Our website lets you browse products and send an enquiry to the shop. A product request is an enquiry, not a confirmed order or a reservation. Nothing is purchased or reserved until the shop confirms availability, price and delivery or collection arrangements with you directly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and are confirmed by the shop at the time of your enquiry. Prices may change without notice. Payment methods and timing are agreed directly with the shop before your order is confirmed.

Product information and availability

Product photographs are from our own shop and TikTok. Some images show a product range rather than a specific item. Pack sizes, editions, stages and availability may change. The shop will confirm your exact item before you buy.

No medical or professional advice

Product descriptions are for general information only. They are not medical advice, dietary advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always check product labels and follow usage instructions. For infant feeding, health conditions or individual dietary needs, speak to a qualified professional.

Independent retailer and brand disclaimer

MOOC London is an independent retailer. References to Boots, Holland & Barrett, Kendamil, Superdrug and other brands identify products or sourcing and do not imply official affiliation, partnership or endorsement. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
